| Our Fees | We have no franchise fees or group overheads. Our commission charge is 2.25% (+GST) on the confirmed sale price. We do not charge administration, photography, internet or any other fees. We do not ask for any money “upfront”, unless our client wishes to run advertising in publications such as Property Press. If this is the case we only pass on the cost price |

| Our sales Staff | Our sales agents are typically people who have sales and life experience. Property sales are inevitably linked to a change in the vendors circumstances, and every listing is a unique situation. We recruit people who can understand each situation, identify the needs of their client and negotiate the best result. Consequently our sales agents list and sell properties. As we grow the business we are now looking to recruit in all areas of New Zealand. |
