Our Philosophy  

As Real Estate agents we provide a service. That service is to negotiate the best deal possible in terms of both money and conditions to maximize our vendors return.

Our Systems  

We have our own marketing systems which were developed and then proven in the hardening markets caused by the worldwide recession. Our approach is flexible, always looking to reach our target buyer.

Our Fees  

We have no franchise fees or group overheads. Our commission charge is 2.25% (+GST) on the confirmed sale price. We do not charge  administration, photography, internet or any other fees. We do not ask for any money “upfront”, unless our client wishes to run advertising in publications such as Property Press. If this is the case we only pass on the cost price

Our sales Staff  

Our sales agents are typically people who have sales and life experience. Property sales are inevitably linked to a change in the vendors circumstances, and every listing is a unique situation. We recruit people who can understand each situation, identify the needs of their client and negotiate the best result. Consequently our sales agents list and sell properties. As we grow the business we are now looking to recruit in all areas of New Zealand.

Licensing ( REAA 2008)

  Our agent’s licence is held by Neil Christie BCA AREINZ. He has had ten years experience in Real Estate which follows a lengthy career in marketing, consultancy and corporate restructure at the highest levels in both private and public sector. He takes an active interest in all facets of the business, advising and mentoring.
